It is no surprise that our foods, herbs, and supplements lack what our body needs or gives us only a small amount of what is needed to the point we are starving for minerals. We get just enough to keep us alive but not enough to make us strong, healthy and flourishing. As with all things , research for yourself. Be your own healer! Teach yourself. Be cautious, yes. all things in moderation. Start slow and work your way up.

Once you get enough minerals back in your body a lot of pain is erased. It disappears.. Boron is just one of those. It is a start though and a good one!
